Center for Detention Studies (CDS) has conducted a series of evaluation processes related to the Call for Proposal of Development of the the Center for Detention Studies Learning Management System throughout July 2024.
Based on the evaluation results of the Minimum Requirements of: (a) Administrative Document Requirements and Technical Proposals; (b) Financial Proposal, we announce that the Tender Winner is PT Karpa Imaji Labs.
