Job Description
Center for Detention Studies (CDS) is a non-profit organization established on February 19th, 2009 in Jakarta as an initiative of human right activist and academics concerned with penal reform in Indonesia. Through its programs and activities, CDS has always improved its performance to strengthen penal institution’s services in order to provide better protection, respect, and fulfillment of the rights of people whose liberty are being deprived.
CDS has conducted numerous training programs or capacity-strengthening initiatives with themes related to correctional system in Indonesia. The trainings that have been conducted have provided participants with various useful materials and relevant to the present time, thus remaining usable for learning. Towards Learning Management System (LMS), CDS will establish an online software system containing all materials of training, evaluation, practices, questionnaire, and videos. Hence it is important to have an LMS with a good environment that can facilitate the functions necessary to carry out educational activities.
CDS is calling for a proposal from Subcontractors to develop the Center for Detention Studies Learning Management System (LMS).

A Pre-bid briefing will be held on Friday, 21 June 2024 at 11.00 am Jakarta Time. It is not mandatory to attend the briefing however interested parties should register a maximum of two participants for attendance by email to: info@cds.or.id on or before Thursday, 20 June at 12.00 pm (Jakarta time). Directions for the briefing will be provided with confirmation email.
This is an electronic proposal submission and in accordance with instructions provided in the Call for Proposal documentation. Hard copies will not be accepted.
