Center for Detention Studies

Center for Detention Studies (CDS) is a nonprofit organization established on February 19, 2009 in Jakarta. CDS was founded by human rights activists and academics who are concerned with penal reform in Indonesia. Through its programs and activities, CDS always strives to improve performance in Correctional Institutions in order to provide protection, respect and fulfillment of the rights of people who are being deprived of their liberty.

Call for Proposal

CDS conducted research on the patterns of criminal conviction on terrorism acts in Indonesia in 2019. One of the findings is the form of demographic data on the terrorism acts conviction. We are looking for subcontractor to help us in building this database application.
